Platform:
Q: What is a seat?
A: 1 seat is equal to one personal profile.
In our TEAM plan you have 3 seats (profiles).
Q: What is an active test?
A: An active test is equal to one test that containing prototype, task and questions. In PRO, TEAM, and Enterprise plan you have an unlimited number of active tests
Q: How many testers who can participate?
A: In PRO, TEAM, and Enterprise plan an unlimited amount of testers can participate. In the FREE plan, you can only see results from 5 testers.
Q: What can I test?
A: You can test ideas, concepts, and digital prototypes – from drawings made on a napkin or whiteboard to interactive prototypes made in Adobe XD, Figma, InVision Cloud and Sketch.
Q: Can I run tests on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone?
A: Yes, we support all three.
Subscription:
Q: Can I subscribe on a monthly basis?
A: Yes, you can choose either monthly or annual subscription.
Test panel:
Q: Can I hire participants via Preely?
A: Yes. Participants can be hired directly from the Preely platform, and test results are guaranteed within 24 hours. All participants are English speaking.

To make your testing as efficient as possible, we recommend that you start recruiting testers as soon as possible. Create customized recruitment pages in Preely to ensure that testers recognize your brand throughout the recruitment process.
